Vendor hall applications

The vendor hall of Hypecon 2024 is again located in the spacious Areena hall.

The vendor hall is open on Saturday 10.00-19.00 and on Sunday 10.00-18.00.

Unfortunately Hypecon cannot guarantee a vendor stand to all applicants. We retain the right to accept vendors to the event in order to provide variety for our guests.

  • Large stand:
    • width approx. 3,5m, depth approx. 3m
    • Sat. 180,00 € / day
    • Sun. 140,00 € / day
    • 1 pcs. 180*80 cm table
    • 1 pcs. 120*80 cm table

  • Small stand:

You can rent one or several stands.

Information needed for the application:

  • Company’s name
  • Company’s address
  • Company’s business ID 
  • Contact person’s full name, phone number, and email address
  • Possible backup contact and their details
  • Size and amount of stands
  • Days present (Saturday/Sunday/both)
  • Billing information
